Most common structures in China
Wholly Foreign Owned Enterprise (WFOE)
WFOE is a wholly owned limited liability company whose shareholders are foreign investors. This company can manufacture, process, assemble, distribute, market or offer goods or services in the local market, import or export.
Factories, warehouses or tradings
Brasia can help you establish your factory, warehouse or trading company in China, from planning to project execution, providing support throughout the process. Your company will be able to consolidate shipments, have its own team, set up a production line and establish its brand internationally. This company will have import and export licenses and will be able to sell domestically, issue VAT invoices and take advantage of the Chinese export tax rebate.
Representation office
​This is an office created by a company to carry out marketing, quality control and other non-operational transactions. This office is not considered a separate legal entity and may hire a limited number of employees. This type of office cannot make or receive payments.
Joint Ventures (JV)
